STRESS

What IS Stress??

  • Stress is the emotional and physical strain caused by our response to pressure from the outside world. Common stress reactions include tension, irritability, inability to concentrate, and a variety of physical symptoms that include headache and a fast heartbeat.
What Causes Stress??
  • We may think of stressful events as unpleasant ones, such as losing a job or having difficulties at home or at school. But changes for the better can also cause stress, like a new baby, a wedding, and a new house.
So,to endure this situation,we must think rationally to avoid from the unethical behavior such as fighting,suicide and harm the others or irritate peoples around u...If u're feel something not right just speak out loud in order to make them understand your feeling,your point of view and why u act like that.
To make it easy,just discuss the problem with your friend,don't avoid them because it will stressed u more or u can act as usual like nothing happen.For me,if i'm feel irritate by someone,but if that person act like usual ,try to convince me back,i will let it go and consider it just a small matter.
So,people out there,if i'm irritated u.. i'm really sorry,because maybe i'm did not noticed my behaviour will let u down.As for your information,i love u my friends,without u i'm feel nothing!!!
